How do I get started with tasquo?

Getting started is simple! Click 'Get Started' to create your account, add your business information, and you can send your first invoice in minutes. No credit card required for the trial period.

Do I need any special equipment or software?

No! tasquo works entirely in your web browser. You can access it from any device with an internet connection - your computer, tablet, or smartphone. There's nothing to download or install.

Is there a mobile app?

While we don't have a native mobile app yet, tasquo is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. You can create and send invoices from your phone just as easily as from your computer.

Pricing & Payments

How much does tasquo cost?

tasquo charges only when you get paid. We charge the standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ for domestic cards, 3.9% + 30¢ for international cards) plus a small 1% platform fee. No monthly subscriptions, no hidden costs.

Why is tasquo more affordable than other solutions?

Most CRM and invoicing platforms charge expensive monthly fees ($50-200/month) and include features you don't need. We built tasquo specifically for lawn care companies who just need simple invoicing. By focusing on what matters most and using efficient technology, we can offer transparent pricing that only costs you when you earn.

How do I receive payments?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and deposited directly into your bank account. You'll receive funds according to Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically 2 business days for domestic transactions).

What payment methods do you accept?

Through Stripe integration, your customers can pay with all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are there any setup fees or cancellation fees?

Absolutely not. There are no setup fees, no cancellation fees, and no long-term contracts. You can start using tasquo anytime and stop anytime without any penalties.

Features & Functionality

Can I track which invoices have been paid?

Absolutely. Your dashboard shows the status of all invoices - draft, sent, viewed, paid, or overdue.

Can I add my crew members or employees?

Currently, tasquo accounts are designed for single users. We're evaluating team features for future releases. If this is important to you, please let us know through our feedback form.

Technical & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes, security is our top priority. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store full credit card information on our servers.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export your invoice data at any time. We believe your data belongs to you, and we make it easy to download everything in standard formats like PDF.

Do you offer customer support?
