1.1User: Anyone who accesses or uses Tasquo's services, including but not limited to customers, subscribers, and visitors.
1.2Content: Any data, text, graphics, images, or other information uploaded, displayed, or transmitted through Tasquo's services.
Use of Services
2.1Account: To use certain features of Tasquo, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2Acceptable Use: You agree not to use Tasquo's services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You will not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the proper functioning of our services or the use of our services by others.
2.3Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all Content you upload or display on Tasquo. By using our services, you grant Tasquo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your Content as necessary to provide our services.
2.4Privacy: Your use of Tasquo is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Payment and Subscription
3.1Subscription Fees: Certain features of Tasquo may require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
3.2Billing: You authorize Tasquo to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.
3.3Refunds & Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for partial periods or unused services are generally not provided, but all payments are securely processed through Stripe. Any disputes regarding payments must first be submitted to Tasquo support before initiating a chargeback.
3.4Fees: There is a Stripe fee of 2.9% + 30¢ per domestic transaction (3.9% + 30¢ for international), plus a 1% platform fee.
Termination
4.1Termination by Tasquo: We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
4.2Termination by User: You may terminate your account by contacting our customer support.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1No Warranty: Tasquo's services are provided 'as is' without any warranty, whether express or implied.
5.2Limitation of Liability: Tasquo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States.
6.2Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms must first be submitted to Tasquo support. Unresolved disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in The United States.
Changes to Terms
7.1Tasquo may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
